Dear Pet Parents,

After much consideration and careful planning, we wanted to share some significant news regarding the future of Tail Country Pet Resort.  We have decided to sell the business to focus on our personal health and well-being.

Making this decision was not easy but necessary.  Serving you and caring for all the wonderful dogs over the last eight years has been a true privilege and honor.  We are deeply grateful for your trust, loyalty, and support which have been the foundation of our success.

As of Friday, January 30^th, Ashley and Chris Ream will be the new owners of Tail Country Pet Resort.  Many of you might know Ashley, as she has been with us for over four years. She and her husband bring a shared commitment to the values and standards you’ve come to expect from Tail Country.  We have full confidence that they will continue to provide the same level of high quality of care, safety, and attention your dog deserves. We had several potential buyers, but we could not image anyone else except Ashley & Chris to carry on our legacy.

This change in ownership will not affect the day-to-day operations or services provided.  Please know that this transition has been planned to ensure a smooth transfer.  Our team will continue to meet the expectations of the wellbeing and quality of care you are accustomed.

We have been greatly blessed to have been the founders of Tail Country Pet Resort.  It is now time for a new journey in our lives.
